a. We offer free shipping on orders over $45 for customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
b. Shipping fees apply for orders below $45.

As of now we are introducing a SPECIAL shipping for Brazil, Australia and New Zealand for some specific products.

Brasil:

a. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 BRL.
b. Shipping fees apply for orders below $150 BRL.

Australia:

a. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 AUD.
b. Shipping fees apply for orders below $50 AUD.

New Zealand:

a. We offer free shipping on orders over $60 NZD.
b. Shipping fees apply for orders below $60 NZD.

NOTE - June 28, 2023

As of now we are offering free shipping for all international orders over $80 and a flat rate of $20 for orders below $80.
We understand that this is not ideal and there is also the issue of customs and taxes in some countries.
We are working towards having a better shopping experience for international customers and we will soon have news.

b. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and instructions.
c. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a restocking fee for items that do not meet these criteria.
d. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once we receive and process the returned item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
e. Please note that personalized or final sale items may not be eligible for returns or refunds. This information will be clearly stated on the product page.
